Streamax does not publish a price, but its European distributors do. These are list prices at one of them, on one day, with the 21 % Spanish VAT taken off so they stand next to our ex-works figure rather than above it.

The three years after it
Three years of one vehicle, licence included
The camera is bought once and the platform is bought thirty-six times, which is why the hardware price is the smaller half of this argument. Streamax's FTCloud is sold as a licence per vehicle per month, in three tiers that differ by how long the footage is kept: 14 days, 90 days, 180 days.

A dash cam is one line of a quote. On a truck the quote has a driver camera, a blind-spot pair and sometimes a 360° kit on it, and that is where a price list stops being a headline figure. These are the same distributor's prices, ex VAT.

Re-read 22 September 2026. The point of this table is not that their accessories are dear — an AHD camera is an AHD camera. It is that on a two-channel fitting the ADAS and the driver camera are already inside the €145–189, and on their side the same fitting starts at €284 before anything is added to it.
When to buy theirs instead
- If your customer specifies Streamax by name, buy Streamax. The gap closes deals; it does not win arguments about brand.
- If you need E-mark on the paperwork for a European fitting, check the certificate of the exact model with us first — it may not be there.
- Their card takes 1 TB and ours takes 512 GB. On a vehicle that has to keep a fortnight of both channels on board, that is their row and no discount fixes it.
- Our price is ex works and theirs is a European distributor's, delivered. Freight, duty and your own customs time come off our gap before you quote — count on a slice of it, not all of it.
- If you are fitting twenty cameras a year and billing them at cost, the €115–230 saved per camera is not going to change your business. At a hundred cameras with the licence counted, it is €28,000 over three years, and that does change it.
