1. What this page governs
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Asset Track Sp. z o.o. A hardware purchase is governed by the order confirmation and the supply terms attached to it; access to the platform is governed by the tenant agreement. Where those documents and this page disagree, they win.
2. Prices
Prices on this site are per unit, ex works, before freight, duty and local taxes, and are indicative: they move with the exchange rate, the batch and the specification. The price list we send you on request is the one to quote from, and an order is priced by the confirmation we issue.
3. Hardware, warranty and returns
The devices are manufactured by BSJ Technology. The manufacturer's warranty is one year from shipment and covers manufacturing defects, with repair or replacement at their discretion; improper installation and unauthorised opening void it. Replacement units from our stock, where offered, are a commercial arrangement between us and you, and are set out in the supply terms rather than here.
4. The platform
The video platform is provided with devices bought from us, for as long as those devices are in service. It is offered as it stands: we do not promise that a feature shown on this site is available on a given date, and the state of each integration is described on the compatibility page. Devices sourced elsewhere can be connected under a separate per-device fee.
5. Certification and market fit
Certificates are issued per device model, not per manufacturer. It is your responsibility to confirm that a model may be sold and fitted in your market; we will supply the certificates we hold for any model on request, and will tell you when we do not hold one.
6. This site
The content here is for information. Screenshots show the application running on seeded demonstration data, not a live fleet. We may change the content at any time. The site is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
7. Law
Polish law applies, and the courts of Warsaw have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
