Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website. If you run a FleetSight tenant, the handling of the data inside it — vehicles, drivers, video — is governed by the agreement and the data processing addendum that come with the tenant, not by this page.

2. What we collect, and why

• The enquiry form. Your name, your email and what you wrote. We use it to answer you and to send the price list. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
• Analytics. Aggregate page traffic, so we know which pages are worth keeping. No profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
• Server logs. Our host records requests, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

3. Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our own CRM, hosted in the European Union. Analytics run on our own Umami instance. Site delivery is Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

If your enquiry is about a fleet rather than about buying hardware, we may pass your contact details to the integrator covering your region so they can serve you. We will say so in our reply, and you can tell us not to.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the CRM for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for three years after the last contact, after which they are deleted. Analytics are aggregate and retained for two years.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority; ours is the Polish UODO.

6. Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for advertising. Analytics and tag management may set cookies for measurement; blocking them in your browser does not break anything on this site.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect people who have already written to us will be sent by email.
